Corvatsch Snow Night – Night Skiing Under the Stars

Corvatsch Snow Night – Night Skiing Under the Stars
Introduction
Every Friday evening from early December to early April, the slopes of Corvatsch light up for an exceptional skiing experience. The Corvatsch Snow Night invites guests to ski under floodlights on one of Switzerland’s longest illuminated runs, offering a completely different atmosphere compared to daytime skiing.
Event Overview
Date: Every Friday from early December to early April
The illuminated run stretches 4.2 kilometres from the Murtèl middle station down to Surlej. Depending on the month, the slopes are open from 19:00 until around 01:00 in December and January, and until approximately 02:00 from February onwards. The snow is freshly groomed for the evening, ensuring smooth and fast conditions under the lights.
What to Expect
The Corvatsch Snow Night is both lively and peaceful. Skiers glide down the perfectly prepared slope surrounded by quiet alpine scenery, with only the hum of the lift and the crunch of snow breaking the silence. On-mountain restaurants like Murtèl and Alpetta serve pizza, fondue, and regional dishes, while Hossa Bar at the base offers après-ski vibes into the night.
Insider Tips for Visitors

- Reserve a table in advance if you plan to dine at Murtèl or Alpetta during the evening
