Thursday– Arrival & Settle In
Individual arrival & welcome dinner
From the late afternoon, we warmly welcome you. Take your time to check into your accommodation, get to know the team and other participants, and enjoy our shared welcome dinner in the evening. In a relaxed atmosphere, we’ll introduce the weekend program and answer any questions – the perfect start to get settled in and build anticipation!
Friday– Technique, Practice & Inspiration
09:30– 11:30 | Trail Running Technique Session
Ready to hit the trails! In this hands-on session, experienced coaches will show you how to run more efficiently, safely, and with more fun – both uphill and downhill. Topics include running technique, posture, foot placement, use of poles, and downhill tips. Ideal for getting the most out of your running style– no matter your current level.
14:00– 16:30 | Short Practice Trail Run
From theory to practice: together, we'll explore a shorter trail loop in the local area and apply the techniques we've just learned. Your coaching team will provide guidance and feedback to help you build confidence step by step.
18:00– 19:00 | Talk: The Fascination of Trail Running
What makes trail running so special? In this inspiring evening talk, we’ll dive deeper – from mental aspects and connection with nature to gear, training, and the stories the trails tell. Be inspired and discover why trail running is more than just mountain running.
Saturday– The Big Trail Running Day
09:30– 16:00 | Guided Full-Day Trail Running Tour with Refreshments
The highlight of the weekend awaits: a full-day trail running tour through diverse landscapes with breathtaking views, technical sections, and flowing trails. We run in small groups at different paces so everyone feels comfortable. Along the way, refreshment stations with snacks, fruit, and drinks await – a true mix of enjoyment and athletic challenge. A real adventure with summit moments!
Sunday– The Perfect Finish
09:30– 11:30 | Closing Trail Run
To wrap things up, we’ll take a more relaxed run to reflect on the past few days. Easy running, meaningful conversations, and one final shared trail – the perfect way to end the weekend on a high note. Afterwards, there’s plenty of time to shower, pack, and depart individually.
