If you are staying at Hotel Altein, you have access to the Arosa Card for free. The card is your key to a wealth of complimentary activities and services. Available from 30 May to 25 October 2026, this guest card is provided free of charge to visitors staying at least one night in Arosa's hotels, holiday apartments, or campsites. Upon payment of the local guest tax, you'll receive the Arosa Card, unlocking numerous benefits to enhance your holiday experience.

·        Aerial cableway Arosa–Weisshorn: Ascend to the Weisshorn summit at 2,653 meters for panoramic views of the surrounding Alps.

·        Hörnli-Express gondola: Provides access to various hiking and biking trails, making it a favorite among outdoor enthusiasts.

·        Urdenbahn(Hörnli–Urdenfürggli): Connects Arosa to the Lenzerheide ski area, offering seamless travel between the two regions.

When is the Arosa Card valid?

The Arosa Card is a summer guest card, available from 30 May to 25 October 2026. It covers your whole stay, from one night upwards. In winter, lift access requires a ski pass instead.

Does the Arosa Card cover bike transport on the lifts?

No, but you get a 30 percent discount on bike transport. Rope park equipment rental and driving range balls are not covered. The Arosa Bear Sanctuary and Archery Park Hochwang in St. Peter are discounted rather than free.

How do I get my Arosa Card at Hotel Altein?

You receive the Arosa Card at the hotel upon payment of the local guest tax, which is charged with your stay. It applies to guests staying at least one night. The card itself costs nothing, so you can use lifts, trains and buses from day one.
