Arosa ski pass prices 2026/27 and what to budget for a ski week

Aerial view of Arosa in winter, with the snow-covered village, a frozen lake, forest and ski slopes on the mountains

A 6-day Arosa Lenzerheide ski pass costs CHF 401 for adults, CHF 245 for youths aged 13 to 17 and CHF 120 for children aged 6 to 12 at the standard 2026/27 rate, and children under 6 ski free. Passes bought online and early cost less, so the figures below are the standard rates and the price on your dates may be lower. This guide sets out the Arosa ski pass prices by age, the ways to pay less, what a stay at Altein, Arosa includes and a checklist of the costs to plan for a 6-night ski week.

Arosa ski pass prices for 2026/27

One ski pass covers the whole Arosa Lenzerheide ski area, 225 km of slopes on both sides of the Urdenbahn, which links the Hörnli in Arosa with Lenzerheide. The lifts run from 28 November 2026 to 11 April 2027, with full daily operation from 19 December 2026 to 4 April 2027. Age bands follow the birthday: adults from 27, young adults 18 to 26 at a reduced rate, youths 13 to 17 and children 6 to 12. Children up to 5 ski free.

  • 1 day: adults CHF 89, youths (13 to 17) CHF 59, children (6 to 12) CHF 29.
  • 6 days: adults CHF 401, youths (13 to 17) CHF 245, children (6 to 12) CHF 120.

All prices are the standard 2026/27 rates and given as a guide. Arosa Lenzerheide Bergbahnen sets its own fares and lowers them for early online purchase, so check the current price for your dates on arosalenzerheide.swiss before you go.

How the pricing works

Arosa Lenzerheide prices its tickets by date and by time of purchase. Tickets bought in the online shop cost at least 6 percent less than at the ticket desk, and the earlier you buy, the lower the price, so the same 6-day pass can cost less for one week than for another. For a ski week, buy the passes online as soon as your dates are fixed.

Ways to pay less on the pass

Families with more than three children pay CHF 5 per day for the fourth and every further child aged 6 to 17, on tickets of 4 days or more. Beginners who stay on the nursery slopes and in the snowpark can buy the beginner and snowpark ticket, CHF 221 for 6 days for adults and CHF 66 for children. Our guide to skiing in Arosa describes the slopes on the Arosa side.

Ski school and rental

Ski School Included for children

Altein takes part in Arosa's Ski School Included scheme. Every child and teenager aged 4 to 17 staying at the hotel gets one free half-day group lesson for each night of the stay, on stays of 2 nights or more. A family staying 6 nights has 6 lessons per child. You receive a voucher at check-in and redeem it at the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Arosa or the ABC Snowsports School, where lessons are taught in German, English and French, with children grouped by age and ability. Places are limited in the busiest weeks, so book early and give the number and ages of the children. The conditions are on the Ski School Included page.

Lessons for adults

Both schools also teach adults. Prices and lesson times are on the schools' own sites, and our overview of the ski schools in Arosa lists what each one offers.

Ski rental

Skis, boards and boots can be hired in the village. Hotel guests receive 15 percent off ski equipment at Carmenna Sport.
