
Trachtenfest Männlichen 2026: Swiss Folk Tradition Above Wengen

On Sunday 26 July 2026 from 11:00, the Männlichen summit hosts the Trachtenfest, the Swiss national costume festival, with flag throwers, alphorn ensembles, yodel choirs and a folk-music knees-up against the Eiger panorama. Free to attend, easy to reach from Wengen by cable car.
What's on
The afternoon brings together folk groups from across Switzerland in traditional regional dress. The Trachtengruppe Buochs is among the named ensembles. You can expect:
