Arosa Sounds 2027: Jazz, Blues and Rock in the Village

For four days at the start of February, Arosa turns from a ski resort into a stage. Arosa Sounds runs from 3 to 6 February 2027, filling the village bars, lounges and small halls with jazz, blues and rock. The stages sit close together and the rooms are small, so you hear the musicians up close and often meet them between sets.
The festival
Arosa Sounds is a compact festival run by Arosa Kultur. Across four evenings, local and visiting musicians play a programme that moves from traditional jazz through blues to modern rock. Each venue has its own character and acoustics, and most are a few minutes apart in the village centre, so you can drift from one concert to the next without ever reaching for the car. Single-evening tickets and multi-day passes are sold through the festival's official channels.
Around the village
Most venues are a short walk from Hotel Altein, in and around the centre by the Obersee. During the day the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area and its 225 km of slopes are on the doorstep, so a morning on the piste and an afternoon in the spa lead easily into an evening of live music. When the last set finishes, the walk back through the snow is a quiet one.
