Important Update Regarding the Valaisia

To our guests and Faern Loyalty members,

We are writing to share an important update regarding Valaisia Crans-Montana, and what it means for your stay and your loyalty benefits.

Valaisia has had a change in ownership. Until 31 March 2026, the hotel will continue to be operated and managed within the Faern Hotels & Resorts Collection, and the guest experience will continue as normal throughout the winter season.

All confirmed reservations at Valaisia Crans-Montana up to and including 31 March 2026 will be honoured as confirmed, with the same services and benefits associated with your booking.

What this means for Faern Loyalty members

Until 31 March 2026:

• You can book and stay at Valaisia Crans-Montana as usual.
• You will earn Faern Loyalty points for eligible stays.
• You can redeem points for stays at Valaisia up to and including 31 March 2026    
     

From 1 April 2026:

• Valaisia will transition to a new brand and management and will no longer be part of the Faern Hotels & Resorts Collection.
• Stays will no longer be eligible to earn Faern Loyalty points.
• Points can no longer be redeemed for stays at Valaisia.
