Eiger Bike Challenge 2026: race the Eiger backdrop

Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August 2026, the Eiger Bike Challenge brings 1,000 mountain bikers to Grindelwald.
The Eiger Bike Challenge is one of Switzerland's top mountain bike marathons, with the Eiger north face as a permanent finish-line backdrop. Riders choose between a 20, 30, 50 or 80 km course on Saturday, and the kids' race takes over the Eiger+ Platz on Sunday. Victoria Lauberhorn, a Faern collection resort, sits one short train ride from Grindelwald, making Wengen a calm overnight base for riders, supporters and families.
